no More Margins
That's Write provides academic editing and proofreading to master's and doctoral students at every stage of their program. Academic consulting and coaching for master's theses and doctoral dissertations are also provided. Under the umbrella of That's Write is No More Margins. No More Margins supports and encourages Black women creative writers by providing workshops, retreats, and other creative writing resources to cultivate and enhance their writing. Our goal is to center stories and narratives by and about Black women.

No More Margins: Writing Group
This virtual writing group provides support and encouragement to Black women creative writers. The group meets on the third Saturday of each month via Zoom. Meetings last approximately two hours and include writing prompts/free writing, reflection, and feedback. For more information or to sign up visit us on Meet Up.

No More Margins: Writing Retreat
This annual retreat for Black women creative writers is set against the backdrop of breathtaking red rock buttes and steep canyon walls in beautiful Sedona, Arizona. With a focus on poetry, memoir, and fiction, this retreat includes writing workshops facilitated by seasoned Black women creatives as well as sessions focused on health and wellness that include collective resting, guided meditation, static stretching, and group walks. We provide information about creative writing resources that center the voices of Black women to subscribers quarterly. These resources include writing organizations, submission opportunities, and classes and workshops. Subscribe to our mailing list for more information.

That's Write: Academic Editing & Proofreading
We provide 2 awards a year to Black women completing a doctoral dissertation or master's thesis/capstone in education, the humanities, or the social sciences.
